Transitional Youth is reaching homeless youth on the streets of downtown Portland with the love of God and practical necessities for survival. It starts with a meal and builds into a relationship that honors their value and offers hope for a life beyond the streets. We believe that meeting practical needs with God's love can shift a young persons trajectory for their life.

The practical need of cleaning our city is apparent. Transitional Youth is launching a program called Won By One. Churches and community groups can partner with us to pray over their city blocks, clean their nearby streets and reach out to our unhoused neighbors...all at the same time! We believe that as we take ownership for the flourishing of our city, we can win back our city one block at a time.
